We use certain permission only if user allow us to use these Permissions we used when the app user allow us to use.
READ_CONTACTS: Contact permission is needed to get contacts from the contact list.
CALL_PHONE: The app needs Answer Calls Permission to receive incoming calls for blinking flash on incoming call and call blocker.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: location Permission is needed to get your current location.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: run foreground services in device above android 8
CAMERA & FLASHLIGHT: needed to start blinking flashlight through camera.
